IN-BETWEEN LAND

Well, here it is, Monday, September the 3rd, the day before the kids go back to school; and less than 30 days before we all board a plane for Panama and lift off into the unknown.

Status Check: Our house isn't rented yet, we're working on getting all our "accounts in order" before we leave (man, there's a lot to do before you take off for a while), we haven't booked our tickets yet (so we don't know our exact departure date yet), we don't know exactly where we're going to end up in Panama (we'll start our adventure hanging out in Panama City (eastern Panama) with some good friends and then head off to David (western Panama) and who knows from there), and we don't know how long we're going to be able to stay in Panama.

What we do know, is that there is far more we don't know at this point.

Its certainly a different way for us to engage life. Admittedly, we've typically made our way through life with a bit more advance planning, actually lots more advance planning. But this seems to be our "growth edge" (at this point in our journey), trusting God with our lives, our future, our potential and all the possibilities connected to it.

Should be quite the ride. The countdown is on. Tick tock.

Stay tuned to see how it all plays out.

Paul
